I have to do a project in Law class on serial killers. I was wondering if there are any really interesting ones out there with enough information to write a 3-4 page paper on. The famous ones are already taken like Charles Manson, Son of Sam, and the guy from Texas Chainsaw Massacre, so be a little creative. Thanks and karma goes to whoever I end up picking.
How about Jack the Ripper or is he taken already
i got a few for you. vlad the impaler.....in fact, just go to this link right here- http://www.crimelibrary.com/serial_kill … _list.html

Green River Killer. Prostitutes FTW!
Sober enough to know what I'm doing, drunk enough to really enjoy doing it
Ed Gein was the Texas Chainsaw/Buffalo Bill inspiration. Wayne Gacy, Ted Bundy, Jeff Dahmer... there are websites dedicated to SKr's. Google my friend and you will learn much.

I'd go with her it's recent and she's a women which most serial killers are men... Either her or Aileen Wuornos, who you might get more info out of.. The HBO Doc on Aileen is fantastic..

what about sideshow bob ?
If you want a complex character to look into i would suggest Dennis Nilson. He murdered around 15 men.. sent down i think in around 1980.. You could expand into his background, motive and whether or not he will be reased soon as he was only sentenced for 25 yrs.. i know of this fruit cake because i lived down the road from where it all hapened.. hope this helps u!
What about the guy with the sniper rifle that shot like 10 americans last year?
not sure bout the name but what bout the guy from wolf creek .. the Australian outback serial killer
So who'd you end up using anyway?
Albert Fish " the moon maniac" .... one twisted dude that ate some kids and had more sexual perversions than you can shake a stick at... author of the sickest letter ever
Carl Panzram .... crazy hardass mofo... believe that "force and might make right" ... sodomy, arson, and murder
Andrei Chikatilo "the mad beast" ... charged with 53 murders apparently it brought him peace of mind
Henry Lee Lucas and Ottis Toole ... had many exploits on their own but together made up quite the dynamic duo
edit: spelt Chikatilo wrong

I'm actually picking tomorrow. I still haven't picked one yet, I'll let you know.
The Zodiac Killer.

By Texas Chainsaw Massacre I assume you mean Ed Gein? A truly imbalanced man. As for Interesting ones, I would say Jack the Ripper. The unsolved mystery is always enticing, and leaves a lot of room for you in your paper. Good luck.
Another person is John Wayne Gacey, "the clown."

anjette lyles
you'll be different because she's a woman, and most serial killers are middle aged white males. she was kind of a 50's blondie bombshell that ran a diner here back in macon's mayberry days

Richard Chase is one creepy dude. I think Pollux made a post about him a while back.
