Yes, I have it. I got it for the front I/O drive box mostly, as it was on offer at almost the same price as the X-Fi Platinum - as well as being bundled with some pretty good Creative headphones.
The I/O drive has its uses, it certainly makes using headphones a lot more convenient. The card itself is barely any different to the the Music or Platinum versions, with the exception of a red light and "X-RAM". Damned if I can see any performance difference with it on or off, but still the idea is pretty neat.
As a whole, the X-Fi range is spectacular for sound quality, however the XtremeMusic version would do most people.
However, if you have any intention of using headphones (playing games while on Teamspeak) then the Front I/O drives of the Platinum and Fatality become useful, as well as for allowing you to hook up all kinds of digital analog inputs such as optical in, MIDI or record players etc to record music. Also, if your a gamer, and its not too much extra the Fatality is the one to get if you need the functionality of an I/O drive.
As I said though, the Music version is still the most useful one of the lot and also the cheapest.
Note: They recently updated the X-Fi range, I think they now sell the Fatality without the I/O drive (XtremeGamer or something?), so check when your buying.
Did you have any specific questions??
