Zeller scope will look different according to your graphics level that you set for the game. Therefore, those users who play at lower settings cannot get the full advantage of Zeller (whether you have the capacity to play at higher specs but thinking playing at lower ones to gain advantage, or just don't have the capacity in the comp to play at higher settings). Zeller scope looks clear with only outer rim being tinted red. Also, changing the crosshair colour would only change the lines inside the scope but not the scope colour itself.

1st i get kicked out of my clan because we were n this server and the auto balance wouldnt let me play with my clan so i got stuck on the other team, i proceded to totaly kick my clan leaders ass around the map and he got pissed off and kicked me ( btw this guy's name in bf2142 is YAPPER he is a total prick who used the glitches to lvl up realy quick).
2nd i got to this server where they were using gliches or hacks to destroy the titan when the shields were still up... pissing me off even more...
3rd i go to another server where this guy is bragin about how he as a cheat program that shows all of the eneny red tags at all times around the map...
4th i come here and see some guy advising this poor dude to get a hack program...
ya that would piss the average guy off pretty quick .........
