for some reasons...i cant login to now...i restarted my computer and checked my firewall...anyone having the same problem?

yer i was having a few probs a few months ago, and i was told over the phone by ea that they have downtime on tues, and thurs, thurs is for emergency, but the slots been used quite frquently since the release

The new patch for BF2 is coming today so perhaps that's why they shut things down?

The admin at Bf2.se have recieved an e-mail from EA saying that the patch will be relased on various community sites at 17:00 and and hour later at EA's FTP servers.

Yeah I know (that's what I wrote as well) but I'm not sure EA is very good at keeping the two games separate so just to make sure nothing goes wrong, both BF2 and 2142 are kept "at bay" so to speak.
This is just pure speculation on my behalf but I wouldn't be surprised if I'm right.
