What are your experiences with winxp for 64 bit?

For me:
* All Adobe programs work
* All Macromedia programs work
* Cubase MX does not work
* Fruityloops works
* Old games don't work
* New games work
* Basic software works
* Some advanced doesn't work, some does (Virtual Daemon works, alcohol 120% doesn't...)

Anyway, do you still work with 64 or did youswitch back to 32 because you got tired of '' This program does not support 64-bit error messages"?

I'm on a dual boot Vista RC1 x64 and xp 32 bit. Had no end of problems, crashes and BSOD's using XP 64 bit so scrapped it and went back to good old 32.

The Vista installation on the otherhand is fantastic now. It took some getting going, messing with diff drivers but no i've sorted that out it's running great.

My Spec (incase it's needed)

2 x Corsair Tx 1GB 3200
2 x 512MB XFX 6800XT PCIE DDT 350
2 x 80G Samsung SATA II 7200/8mb
Foxconn S939 NF4SK8AA-8KRS SLI
AMD Athlon 64 4000+
Arctic 600w PSU

I run the original alongside it because of the above reasons. The emulator sucks ass, and the very beginnings of my pissed-offedness began when I couldn't install DOOM. I can't believe I was suckered into grabbing XP64, really. Performance boosts for some applications aren't all that significant, but I suppose they're nice when it does work.

At least Vista's release was delayed, so I don't have to feel like a complete schmuck. I can still use the license for a workstation, I guess.
