What was it, 2 months after BF2 they lowered the price? Or was it 3? Because I bought it when it was $30. Im waiting for 2142 to come down, Its not worth $50 dollars from what im told, They said to wait till it goes down. So whats the estimate?
I would say buy it now I haven't had a doubt about buying it yet.
i don't kniow who told you it wasn't worth the money. THEY ARE WRONG!! i was optimistic about the game myself, not a big fan of futuristic BS, did not intice me at all, well now i have the game and we have a server for it in our clan, and it is freaking awesome! think of it as a future special forces with grapples and zips, lots of ground pounding, well placed maps, some a little big but plenty of vehicles. Yea it sounds crazy that you have to unlock teh defib and grenades, but geez you get like 2 unlocks in first hour of playing( if your good enuff) I myself am a recon/c4 whore had to unlock c4 well crap you rank up and get 8 unlocks by 1050. any serious player get that in like 3 days, well thats 2 whole treees in the unlocks if you want them to be.. I honestly say you need to give it a shot prices may not drop for the game til around next holidays, by then there will be an expansion or 2 and prolly 10 patches knowing EA/DICE.
So all in all man if your a true battlefield player from the beginning of bf1942 til now. its worth teh money but if your not a true player i think they may be coming out with a new blues clues game. i will ask my kids and get back to you on that if you like!!..lol

The first week any game is released its usually $10 off VIA sale at Best Buy or Circuit City. You missed your shot.
Well if i had the same view on 2142,i'd wait until the January sales.
