Adware/Spyware PROBLEM

Ok I see the stickies, they are no help I even read through the 3 pages of the one sticky so dont tell me to "SEARCH" if you are gonna say to do so anyway, heres a big F U in advance.

Now to the people who want to help/offer advice, I downloaded and tried 3 different spyware/adware programs, I have downloaded Spybot Search and Destroy, Ad-Aware SE, Spyware Doctor I even ran 2 full system scans of Norton Anti-Virus 2006 lastnight, and one today, with no positive results. I have this little bastard adware/spyware icon in my systray? anyway the icon is by the system clock, it keeps opening a balloon window saying "your computer is infected with spyware and should be resolved immediately" not a direct quote but close enough, I opened my windows task manager and the .exe is called ishost.exe with isservice.exe, everytime I terminate the process it just opens itself back up (common for viruses i know)

Spybot seems to deal with and delete this bullshit but when I restart my computer there it is again, back up and running in my systray, Ad-Aware didnt do much Im running spyware doctor atm (again) and Im gonna see what this detects and does with the 'adware/spyware'

but if these programs Spybot Search&Destroy, Spyware Doctor, Ad-Aware SE, Norton Anti-Virus 2006 CANNOT get rid of these programs what the helll

oh also I went to trendmicro.com for the housecall scan and didnt get too far, everytime I tried (3 times) it would close Firefox and just crash pretty much, I cant even OPEN my homepage on Internet Explorer 7 to use the version with ActiveX controls on trendmicro. so I dont know what the hell to do, even a "sucks to be you" would help give me a laugh cuz all this porno shit popping up every 20 minutes on my computer is getting really annoying, pictures with titties and dildos and shit, saying I can meet "sexy singles near you" OMFG that crossed the line lastnight thats when I started downloading all those antispyware programs...nothing has worked so far....

man now spyware doctor tells me I have over 500problems and that I need to purchase its premium version to get rid of it WWWWWTTTTFFFFFFFF S O F B!!!!!!!!!!!!

they have a anti spyware program (windows defender?) that is free and cleans up a lot of problems.

What if you go find the folder where ishost.exe and isservice.exe are located then manually delete? System restore maybe? I know those are pretty common troubleshoot steps, but they could've been overlooked.

Reboot in safe mode then try that scanner, most programs are stopped from running on start up during safe mode, which this adware obviously is loading as you start/log in to windows. I had a spyware/virus like you, but mine would crash any internet window realted to virus scanner/spayware removal, did a google search on spyware removers, crashed that window again and again, eventully ended up reinstalling windows.

I downloaded and tried Ewido before I read your post and it seemed to have done the trick but I keep getting Malware popups from that program and yeah, very annoying...it keeps asking me to Ignore(recommended) ???? whats that about

The spyware you have is called Spysheriff or at least sounds like it. This is a pain to solve, my dad's computers (yes plural as in 2) had it. Also see if this helps you out.

i dont have any problem looking at porn, its the constant popups slow system performance thats pissing me off, now pls...go somewhere and lick yourself

back on topic, i seem to have gotten rid of this bs by using Ewido and Windows Defender, thanks everyone for the advice, im sure i karma'd everyone who did offer advice lol

now one problem remains, everytime I try and open IE7 it crashes...as soon as it loads my homepage, which is symantec HP....i cannot even get into my options, as soon as i drag my curser over it it crashes, i tried reinstalling but it still crashes....so idk, any advice on this prob? would be helpful thanks

Good to see you got it sorted out, that's a weird prob with IE, try firefix or another browser, see if that works, and yeah, I guess my 20+ gigs of porn labels me as a perv... proud of it..

Edit: I meant firefox, kinda hard typing while I'm licking myself

Nope, my brother, sister, step-mom, and he clicks on every popup that comes up on the PC. That is how they got it.

I had virus/spyware problems before and had a former clan mate tell me system restore is the worst thing to do, something about the viruses multiplying or whatever so Im not sure I should, thanks for offering the help though. and no I dont think I got your PM lol....

my initial understanding of system restore was that it reverts the computer to a certain point before downloaded updates and i guess mal software were installed. it does keep files that were downloaded or received like pictures and movies. i guess if the spyware connects to the movie or pic then you're screwed? am i right in this? thats the only possible way i can think of system restore being flawed.

another solution is expensive or cheap too. um, you can buy or borrow a clean HDD from a store/friend with XP and a mal software remover already installed, disconnect your main HDD, put in the borrowed one, then slave your original. boot up the comp and run the program. some 6-8 years back, my computer got infected with a virus, and that virus prevented my antivirus from updating. my friend did those steps mentioned and it worked. i dont know if spyware is that smart, or whatever. but its worth a shot?

Quick summarise of everyone:
Get Spybot, AdAware, Ewido (AVG Antispyware now).
Update them and Virus scanner to latest.
Reboot in Safe Mode.
Scan with all.
Use HijackThis to find any remaining bastards (or send logfile to smart people).
Check HOSTS in HJT

Clear
C:\Windows\Prefetch;
C:\Windows\Temp;
C:\Documents And Settings\*Every User*\Local Settings\Temp;
C:\Documents And Settings\*Every User*\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5;
(Those last two need hidden folders visible, use Folder Options or Address Bar)
Clear All Restore Points and create a fresh one (no point restoring back to crap)

CCleaner does good too, especially when you check Hotfix Uninstallers (upwards of 1GB sometimes).
