Oh and to help you with your english a little, this is how what you said should go,

I need help because my stats are not in the top 100. I play 10 hours (every day?) My stats are not compiled (compiled is not the right word) because I play in a ranked server.

My score per minute ratio on my alternate account clearly warrants to be in the top 100 of Canadian players, being a 5.09. I do not understand why it is not registering, is it because I only have ten hours of play time? I did play in ranked servers.

now to answer ur question; from what i can gather, those stats and certain others are only gathered,compiled and updated at a certain time, i.e not concurrently like ur global score and badges and awards etc

To make this a very short response, with a little over 3,000 Global points, you will not be in the top 100. This guy: http://bf2s.com/player/43365270/ is at the 100th place right now, he has 158,000 points. Seems that you are off by about 155,000 points. Once you get those 155,000 points, you will then be in the top 100 for Canada.

Edit: Also, you can tell how long it will take until you stats update on the page by looking at the section in the right side column right before it shows your weapon unlocks. (This is the Mic Stats block) You will see the cell that has Last Updated, this tells you how long ago your stats were updated. If this is a number below 0, that is the amount of time you have to wait for your stats to update. I hope that this answers your question.
