You can use guru 3d to open up the clock frequency in the Windows

Ive been to that thing before, but it doesnt show clock speeds. How exactly do i get there?

What are you asking?


If you install Guru3D you still have to activate cool bits. Then you right click the desktop go to properties. Then Settings tab, advanced. Then the Gforce tab click the green arrow on the left side, you should now see the clock frequency when you expand your card.

No. cool bits in the NVhardpage setup. Now I run NvHardpage 2.2 I like it better than SE. All I use it for is to let me change my clock frequency's. I never use the settings in NVHardpage you can really mess up your drivers and card so be careful. If you card is OC'd from the factory I wouldn't mess with it. I'm running an old cheap card so I feel confident with EVGA's cards

Ok lets start at the beginning You have downloaded the NVHardpage SE installed it Correct? Then you do this.

Click on the Nvidia Logo in the top left corner.


Then make sure you check mark Enable Cool Bits.

Restart you machine.

Then Go to you Display Properties Click on the Settings tab then Click Advanced.


Click on the GForce XXXX Tab. If you do not have the white box like mine click the Green Arrow then expand GForce XXXX in the white box then click on Clock Frequency Settings and you should see now see your settings. Core clock and Ram. Mess with the settings at your own risk.

I am not sure what nvidia have but try and find the equivilent nvidia prgram to ATI tool.  Which displays clock speeds etc.  Shouldnt the program u used to overclock display what you are now running at :S
