spinning the tank barrel around fast

I was on wake earlier and saw someone in the tank just sitting there swirling the barrel around fast..... as if the mouse sensitivy was 10 but when i try it just geos very slowly and doesnt spin around only makes a circle.

How does he do it?

it's called having different mouse sensitivities for different things eg. the user's preference

Usually determined by a button on the actual mouse to change the sensitivity.

Yeah grab a g5 and do it. A lot of people are amazed at how fast I can spin the turret or TOW around.

Take your mouse (No need for high sensitivity settings at all) and start turning the turret. As soon as you gain some rotation speed, your turret won't stop at once, so you can even move the mouse into the opposite position and the turret rotation wont suffer.
This means, you perform circles with the mouse at the desk/pad/whatever and the turret turns like hell.

You don't need to. Quite apart from a good optical mouse being as good a pointing device IME there's another way to increase the turret turning rate, built right into the game
