Yes, it's possible. Hover directly over it, so that the front titan gun (either #2 or 3) is able to see straight down onto the Silo area, get in the titan gun and cap the flag! Also, as you can see on the screenshot, you get titan defend points when killing someone in the area

For some reason it doesnt it glitches up and then just spins in circles not firing at all or well atleast it happened to me often

# 2 isn't the front gun, # 3 is front gun... And # 2 is the back gun. #'s 4 and 5 are the side guns, I have no idea which one is left and which is right but who cares anyways?

Anyways... That only works on maps that have one silo higher than the others so the titan is closer to that silo. That way the silos area reaches the titan gun and you can cap the silos. Very simple...
