HI bf2s'ers

I have a question about the player in the top 10 of the rankings called lord of weed.
I've looked at his stats on this site and remarked that in 1 his average score is 6000 à 7000 points
and there almost all with handgrenades (check stats)
IS this possible??? (almost 105 000 kills with handgrenade of the 175 000 kills)
