My Zen Vision:M just started going wacko today. The screen is all messed up; the only thing I can compare it to is bad reception on an old TV. Its sort of fuzzy and you can see lines and stuff. Does anyone know what's wrong and how to fix it? Thanks.

you can reinstall your zen you have to download the interface thing on creatives web site, then reset your zen (look in the manual) and then plug it into your computer and reinstal with the download. see if that helps if not you should complain and get it repaired.

Nope, I don't have the box still. They require a receipt and a box to ship and return/fix it.
