Why does it seem like so many people have brain damage?

Support guys....I have to shoot them for ammo, otherwise they dont notice "I need supplies x 10" (which I always try first)

Medic guys....Ditto, they don't realize they have a med hub until they're hurt. And forget about revives, its just not gonna happen.

It's mainly b/c its so hard to spot dead friendlies in this game, I have to look twice to make sure the guy I'm reviving is a friendly (because while dead uniforms are so similar looking) and its really hard to identify a dead dude without seeing them, you don't get that huge bar over their head like in BF2. This is a problem IMO. So is the way they look on the radar, not obvious enough to me.

APM Mines .... I have so many APM mine kills because people just dont learn ! I can put a mine in the same place every time and I'll still get #1 kills. People keep going, same ones over and over too. It's epic! Why does this bother me? When I'm crouch walking past an APM mine and a friendly runs by and kills us both....ouch!

So...ya.

oh man that is true, so many retards in the game. but for me i acn easily tell this difference between the models so its easy to tell who needs to be revived.

It's so funny watching 5 enemy medics trying to revive you at once... acutally happened to me yesterday :p

As for the people NOT rezing you, well, now that it's an unlock, a lot of people don't take it. They like their underbarrel weapons so much thay take both o.0

lol in BF2 there was a remote chance that you would get revived... lol now you almost NEVER get revived unless your in a squad with fairly competent players... i do revive ppl though.. i have 239 revives so far... but i almost never play support cause so many ppl already do lol...

There are the exact opposite players as well i just love those guys, when they hear a desperate scream for medic they forget everything and comes rushing for you. True daredevils they are ignoring enemy fire all they have in mind is resurrecting you does´nt matter if you lie between the legs of a walker.

Also one of the problems with revives is the 'X' that flashes above their head when they are dead keeps flashing even after you've revived them. So by looking around you often can't tell if someone has died again or the 'X' is just fucked up. You are then faced with a choice. Do you run up and potentially waste your time and/or die, or do you just ignore it?

And you can't just throw stuff arund like you did in BF2.
One hub and that's it so perhaps that's why you don't get the supplies you need.

Or then again, very few players are team work oriented so maybe you are correct.

The average number of times I say 'Learn to revive ffs' ingame is about 5 per round.

Whenever I'm playing medic, which isn't a lot, I get far fore revives and healing points then kills.
That's because I usually stay in the background and let the assaults do the assault. I stay right behind them, but out of the line of fire, in case of revival and healing.
A medic isn't made for assault, he's there to keep his buddies alive to keep the assault going. Period.

There is no more medic - medic is assault, and 9 out of 10 people don't understand "I need a Medic!"

i usually yell at them that i need a medic/ammo about 10 times and if that doesnt work then i start shooting at/near them them and if that still doesnt work i tk them throw a med pack hold their defibs in front of their face then switch back to my kit without reviving them....that should teach them

I know that!
But still, if you play with the assault class with the medic equipment, it's you primary duty to provide healing and revival, and assaulting positions comes second.

I'm playing as Assault a lot more than Support now that the Krylov is a god weapon, Single shot mode is so damn accurate without any recoil. :3 I can take down 2-3 persons with one clip. And frankly the Voss is weak compared to Krylov now.

Also I don't notice the X as fast as I noticed the skulls in BF2 but if I see someone lies down I know he's dead. Prone and lieng down dead is diffrent from each other so I only need less than a second to see it.

I revive every damn ass I can see. Doesn't matter if he's in the middle of a crossfire I will revive him. I throw my Medic hub here and ther and always check if anyone needs heal close to me.

Still I get more kills with Assault than I get healing points and stuff.

As for those APM mines it's the same thing in BF2 on Karkand, just place them at choke points and people will run into them a lot more. Doesn't take a genius to figure that out actually.

Getting heal/ammo from a PAC guy is way harder than getting it from an EU guy. Due to that EU use English as voice and some people don't have English voice for both.
Took me like 2 minutes to get some ammo from a guy and I was ALONE with him in a small room. He and I was on PAC team to.

There are still the idiots that'll run straight infront of the walker that just killed you, revive you and provide 2 more easy kills for him.

Nah that only gives me 4- points >.> But in the end he finally got it that I wanted ammo. I shot several times close to him while screaming for ammo.

Plus I'm like the only one who forgives in this game. >.> EVERY damn guy that happen to run into my grenade when I throw it and they come from the most strangest area you can think of and bam tk punnish within 0.00000001 sec. They don't even let me say sorry before they punnish me.

Well I can do that but it's rare because every walker I'm close to as infantry means I'm doomed. Specially if he can see me. >.>

I dont like playing "assault" because I absolutley love the Lambert but I have a 16/1 K/D ratio with the Krylov that gun is just unbelievable. When I am "assault" I do always revive everyone that I can reasonably get to and I always heal people, without them needing to ask. Seems normal to me. But I guess some people just can't wrap their heads around the idea of this game. Recently on another game's forums a guy said he broke his discs because he couldn't figure out how to not die all the time...I guess this game is just too complicated for some people then...To me it all makes perfect sense.

I wish there was some kind of movie that everyone could watch before playing that outlined the basic ideas....Revive/heal/resupply your team, keep moving, situational awareness, etc.

I only get pissed if I'm lying dead on the ground with a medic next to me while he is trying to revive me with THE FREAKING MEDIC HUB!!!! instead of the Defib...  Oh yea well, at least he tried.. lol

What he said.

I can't stand the similarity in the uniforms.  Yesterday an enemy was running toward me but one of my teammates was right behind him.  The badguy looked like a friendly with the friendly nametag over him and he killed me.  Maybe i'm still not used to the game after playing BF2 for so long.

They should make it so that you can't skip it and you NEED to watch it or they make this gameplay tutorial where you use all the basic things in the game.

For example, how to give out ammo, how to give out orders and what good it will do, what a commander should do, how to revive team mates and what X means on the map among other things.

This would GREATLY reduce the numbers of idiots who don't know what to do. And they should like make the Multiplayer buttom go away untill you are done with this training mission.

*sigh* That's what I would have done if I made a game like this. If I wanted to anoy them more I make them answere questions on what to do.

the support actions of this game are harder than bf2. the little bars that go above soldiers heads to show health/ammo are extremely tiny, not to mention its a pain in the ass to use hubs rather than packs.
