Muenster.

It's everything a cheese should be.

But for soft cheese, I prefer a cave-aged brie.  Easily spreadable and it can hold its own with many heavier wines.

Goat cheese, because it comes out of a goat.

Cheddar, because nothing else goes with a toasted ham and cheese sandwich.

Asiago, its stong flavor and firm hold allows for versatility. It goes well in many things like eggs and crackers.

An article and a preposition wouldn't hurt everynow and then.

Oooo... just thought of a little phrase thingy... 'there is no double-click on the internet'. Just need to think of a good pic for it. Heh.

Mature Cheddar from this farmer near Cheddar gorge which is just down the road.

Its great stuff relatively solid but easy as hell to cut and great on top on digestive biscuits or with a bit of apple.

Hmmm.

I'd say either Beaufort, Gorgonzola or the always popular Cheddar.

Brie and Camembert are great too.

...mm for cheap cheeses, i'd have to say a hard gouda, parmesiano or a light camembert. yes; they are among the cheap cheeses.

I like aged spiced gouda.... cumin seeds make this the best.

I also like "Swiss Knight" cheese wheels... good variety, very delicious, easy to find.
