No, waste of money for you if you only have a grand to spend. Don't get me wrong, they are dope but like I said, a grand will only get you so far. Most people don't have that fancy stuff yet so don't feel left out.Parker wrote:

an intel core 2 duo 1.83 GHZ out performs a p4 3.6ghz or an AMD 2.4 ghz.
This might get old to hear, but make it point to seek out reviews and get educated, sites like www.tomshardware.com. It will only benefit you in the short term and the long run. But if you are buying a proc, the intel core 2 duo is the fastest currently, as a matter of fact, not a matter of opinion.Parker wrote:
