It would have helped if you had told her those thoughts in person... I would buy her something nice, something that would remind her of a past good time you two had, go to her and apolgise first. Sit with her, tell her what's wrong, making sure not to start her off if she does, admit to all she's saying, it's always the guys fault. When you think she has a let a bit out, apologise, and carry on (Of course she might not start off, which would be even easier for you). Don't straight up offer to change, as that shows weakness. If you think she might not like you on the computer so much, so you'll cut it. Compromise with her, and do anything she asks (within reason).

When you have said all you can think of, tell her how you feel, and how you love her and how much she means to you. Wait for a reaction. If nothing comes up, just say you should go now, and then go.

Now you play the waiting game. You must wait for her to contact you. But of course, give this up if it's been over 2 weeks. In this case, ring her and ask if she wants to go out somewhere. Make it nice!
