Okey, so now I've updated my BIOS since the hardware monitor always told my AC Freezer7Pro to run at rather high speeds and also measured wrong rotation speeds.
My CPU was cooled down to 45°C under heavy load (which is neat for a P4, I guess) and 38°C. Now, however, I stressed it up to 57°C with the cooler still not thinking about working a little more.
So there's my problem:
I know the CPU has been running at 63°C with the boxed cooler and BF2 and I know that it took a very long time to go up to 57°...
PS: First time I rebooted with the new BIOS the hardware monitor thought the CPU had 127°C (which is a little too much, rather were it °F) and let the fan on the heatsink go full-speed.
