She gives a great tip in the intro, something along the lines of:
"Whether the interview lasts 30 minutes more or not, people form their judgement

We are just animals, and a big smile and a positive attitude can go a long way in a job interview, especially during their first impression.
Dress for what the job entails, including bringing any sorts of resources your job may expect, tools, etc.
Then just walk in, introduce your self, be confident, and don't be an idiot.
