- I have an addiction to BF2, and it's affecting my mind.....
sometimes on the road when i see drivers doing stupid shit I instantly think to spot them
"Im running dry, need ammo!" LMAO!David.Podedworny wrote:
I'm embarrassed to say this but i was in the bathroom and ran out of toilet paper and yelled "Need Ammo!"
Ive seen people up on a hillside having a BBQ and I was tempted to say "Snipers! on out perimeter".
When walking down a busy street in Hong Kong Ive wanted to shout "Kwai Kwai Kwai" to get people to move.
Me and a mate are going to a shop and I know a short cut so I say "follow me soldiers!"
We drive to the store in the car and when we get there I yell "bail out" or equally when we are all getting in the car and i wanna get moving i shout "hop in" and i beep my horn lots.
I try to never stay in one place too much because Im worried about enemy arty
Ive called my friend up when ive wanted a drink or a ride and asked "requesting supply drop/vehicle drop over"
When my friend has asked me for a favour i sometimes reply "negative, UAV is already airborne, request denied"
I close my eyes and i see the shapes of enemy snipers or the HUD radar as clear as day.
I tend to use phrases like "roger that", "no way man", you got it" a lot more for simple things like someone asking me to pass the salt.
When I go into the city in Hong Kong im always tempted to start spamming "enemy infantry spotted"
After passing thru a doorway or rounding a corner I find myself turning round wanting to rig a claymore.
Sometimes when Im bored I get the urge to run around my living room aimlessly shouting "get health here" or "ammo, here"

THAT's what I was trying to remember. I thought of taking a 'short cut' by jumping off a ledge and deploying my chutte. Lucky for me, I didn't start running for the ledge like you did.Ganko_06 wrote:
Wow this is sad.
A few times I have had an incredibly strong urge to jump off a ledge several stories high and deploy my parachute so I don't have to take the stairs. Once I actually started to run toward the railing in a shopping mall that was three stories high so I could get to the food court at the bottom. My friend thought I was nuts.
BTW: This is all subconscious impulses. I'm not doing them to be funny.
I also started having the impulse to pass slow people on the left, right, or overtop, any way possible, like in a buggy passing a tank.
You have been punished for a teamkill!!! WTFzorz!!1!!The Magic Mullet wrote:
Yesterday as I was being driven to the pub I saw 3 fellas huddled in a doorway, I immediately thought 2 things;
1. Friend or Foe? Why didn't they have names and colours over their heads?
2. Where are my nades?
Sadly this is very true.
Along the same lines I smashed a cup the other day and the first thing I thought was "Shit! Ctrl+Z, Ctrl+Z!"
Is there a rehab centre for people coming to terms with geekness?
Whenever I see someone get hurt, I have the urge to throw a bag with a red cross on it at them.
Also I go hunting and I spot a deer I feel I need to shout, "Enemy infantry spotted!".
If I need a ride I can just run after any teamate with room in their vehicle and just say "I need a ride!", they will usually just stop and honk their horn alot. I will reply with "Thanks, champ!".

Living on california's coast line isn't too great for that either... Whenever I hear the fog horn I think of that semi on armored fury... and whenever I hear a jet pass over my house I am ready to run for cover...daddyofdeath wrote:
