Started my new job on Monday, seemed pretty normal at first, that was until I entered the break room from HEAVEN.
1 Fridge Stocked Full of Bottled Water
1 Fridge Stocked Full of Chocolate/Strawberry/Normal Milk
1 Fridge Stocked Full of Canned Gatorade
1 Vending Machine with Beef Jerky, Chips, Popcorn, Gum, Trail Mix and other assorted goodies
1 Coke machine with Dr. Pepper, Coke, etc.
7 Drawers full of starbucks coffee
A counter top full of Cereal, Ramen Noodles and Oatmeal
AND IT'S ALL FUCKING FREE, EVERY LAST BIT OF IT!!!
Not a dime. You walk up to one of those vending machines and press a button and something falls out.
But, thats not all. 3 days a week, on Mon, Wed and Fri they cater in food for the entire company. Yesterday it was from Macoroni Grill, Wed it will be from Black Eyed Pea and I believe Fri will be from Applebee's. All free of course.
They also allow smoking, which was a definite plus for me, not to mention both of my managers smoke so I can smoke as much as I like within reason. They have a 6 story parking garage with elevators in it too which is awesome and makes parking quick and painless. They also don't really have set-hard-core log in, log out times and really aren't that strict on breaks, just as long as there is coverage.
Ohh, did I mention there is a 40-some-odd inch plasma screen TV with an XBOX 360 hooked up to it for slow or down times? Yeah. They also have a "secret room" with a fridge stocked full of redbull.
I seriously have a boner I need to go torque out. There really is a Jesus and he loves me after all.
