I posted recently about a problem I had with my card.
Strange lines from mounted guns
Well I sent BFG an e-mail, and they are sending me a new card.
No hassle, no arguing about the problem, nothing.
I know the card has developed a fault, but with customer service like this, I would recommend them to everyone.
Maybe it's because they are in the U.S. I don't know, but I am not used to great service like this.
Anyone else experienced this ?
