Like I said, it's fucked up, but there's not really anything you can do about it. Best bet is to just not visit countries with laws like those.
I refuse to accept utter bullshit. Infact, I won't even try to understand.
Well, then you're no better than any of the Muslims who refuse to accept Western values. You just don't happen to have an AK in your hand, and the people you despise aren't driving APCs through your backyard.
mikkel, I would just like to note that Gawwad hasn't moved to Saudi Arabia and tried to force everybody to become a Christian.

Although it's a common you shouldn't refer to a guy as Mohammed. It's usually a name given to the child in honour of the prophet, you should really be using the second name i.e.
Mohammed Marine Grape, would and should be referred to as Marine, and never mohammed. That's how it works.
And lastly with free speech is coupled with responsibility. Use it irresponsibly expect irresponsible responses.
Cartoons = violence.
Free speech is coupled with responsitiblity. You cannot call the reaction to those cartoons irresponsible though. More like irrational or psychotic. It's also funny you should mention free speech... Because the idea of free speech is you can say anything without fear of violent reprisals. So, according to free speech as implied by the Australian constitution I am justified in saying Mohummad was a delusional sociopath. Expressing one's opinion in visual, written or oral formats should never, ever be reacted to with violence. If somebody disagrees with the idea of free speech as it pertains to religion, then they should probably move to a country like Saudi Arabia, which shares their ideals.
Next, it's not the teacher's fault. Blame the students and do what you will to them, they made the decision. Parenting: Because your kids
are your responsibility, whether you chose to admit it or not.
Lastly, @ m3th: are you really Islamic? If so, have you been to Mecca? I want to go there one day, sounds pretty incredible. Then again, I also want to go to most major landmark cities, Mecca, Tehran, Jerusalem, Cairo, Cape Town, the various capitals across Europe, Moscow, St. Petersburg, New York, Chicago, Washington D.C., Bejing, Tokyo... List goes on.
. Money and time are the problem.
