Americans are way more discerned than you give them credit for. Last time I checked the vast majority of the country is unhappy with both the President and Congress. There is a reason American (Print) papers are losing ground to the internet. One of them is we love variety. It hasn't always been that way, but it is definitely the trend now. In fact me posting this right now is evidence of my desire to hear the opinions of my European/Australian friends.

And like Cam said, we don't have an agenda with the US citizens, maybe some of them but in general we don't.

Selling the war to the Europeans, you seriously need to think before you open your mouth again - Bush practicly stated either you are with us or against us in the war on terror - looniest salestrick ever if you ask me.

Point is...... Most Americans could care less about Hugo, yet you make it seem like the majority of us are obsessed with him or something.  Most of us enjoy news like this because we laugh at the goofy celebs who are buddies with him.  Pure entertainment.  Nothing more.
