The muscle that is on top of your shoulder. I need to work that muscle out, but don't know how. So post here if you can help.

Combine with the one where you take weights in both hands at your side and lift out from your body. Like your pretending to be a bird. flap your arms.

They are called Deltoids.
Easiest and Effiecient: Pressups of which the arms are close together.

bench press helps and the shoulder press with arm brace things trains just that muscle..
Hold some weights in each hand and shrug. Dead serious. Don't use your arms. Also roll it, from the front to back like your doing a 360* or circular shrug.
I think I'm talking about the wrong muscle. It's the one between your shoulder and neck.
The traps?
Here's a good, cheap way to get a good burn on your shoulders. Stand up, and extend your arms so they are perpendicular to your body. Start spinning your arms forward in small circles for 30 seconds, then immediately switch to spinning them backwards in small circles for 30 seconds. DO NOT PUT YOUR ARMS DOWN DURING THIS EXERCISE!!! After the next 30 seconds is up, without ever dropping your arms, start spinning your arms forward again but in large circles for.. you guessed it... 30 seconds. And last, spin your arms backwards in large circles for 30 seconds. If you complete this set of spins, repeat from the beginning. Most people I know can't last more than 5 minutes of this, and you get a really nice burn sensation from it.

That's the one I'm talking about. There is some special type of bar for it that you can add weights but 2 dumbells can be substituted for it. Just do what I said and it will be worked and you should feel it if you do it good enough.Superior Mind wrote:

You can use a bar if you have one. It's not as natural as dumbells though, it can mess your shoulder girdle up over timethareaper254 wrote:
