PC2-6400 isn't the best RAM you can have, so that will detract a little.
The processor test is minimally different to be honest, the Processor-element of 3DMark06 managed to reduce my framerate down to 2-5fps constant, sometimes even 0-1fps (this was a Q6600 @ stock speeds). I wouldn't be surprised even if my supercooled overclocked Q6600 got the same performance. It's really an ass breaker.
Maybe another thing that affects it is your Operating System? I'm using Vista Ultimate 64-bit, and manage to get a system-rating of 5.9 out of 6.0. My biggest let-down are my storage / hard-drives. I have the highest-quality SATA drives, but I went more for sheer storage capacity over performance. No Raptors or Raid0 configurations for me!
Edit: Also occured to me that there are finer points such as whether or not you have overclocked your RAM, or tuned up the latency settings. I have 4Gb of PC2-8500 running at over 1000Mhz, with very tight timings. Also, the manufacturer and tech-specs on your 8800GTX will maybe affect things a little. If you've got one running at a slower clock speed, then my best guess is that it performs (minimally) worse than my EVGA 8800GTX's.
