Purple Heart and transport help!

Allright question for anyone that can help actually two.

First off i found your web site the other day and was reading how to get a few of my missing badges. So the first one i tried to get was basic ground defense which worked. 5 mins like it said the second one i tried to get was basic transport i drove around in a server full of people for 15 mins before the round ended and did not recieve it. Frustrated i tried to get the purple heart and for two rounds i had 5 kills and 20 deaths no luck and 24 deaths with 6 kills and no luck! It says you have to have a minimum of 5 kills and 20 deaths to get the purple heart but i had that twice and had no sutch luck of getting them. Also Knife and pistol badge sooooo freaking hard to get haha

Let me know if you have any sugestions.

the purple heart requires a k/d ratio of 1-4 in that round. what kind of vehicle were u in for transport?

You said you drove round for 15 mins for the transport badge and nothing - Remeber you have to stay in transport for 10 mins - and thats alive time, dont forget to minus the time your dead

About the purple heart...

IAR: A K : D ratio of 1:4 with a minimum of 5 kills/20 deaths. I found this one tricky got it in the end.

lol, you dont want the purple heart but well, sometimes you have to get 6k-20d (I dot know or the death all have to be enemy kills but I think so), and for the transport, go commanding on a big watermap (wake, dalian or clean sweap are the best) and sit in a boat while youre commanding.

KNIFE - walk around with your knife and stab everyone you meet (worked best for me on min 32 sharq or kark)

PISTOL - got it myself a few days ago, be medic and walk around with your pistol and kill kill kill (those things have good accuarity)

you TRIED for the purple heart????

i sure wouldn't do that. you'll get it once you have a really bad day or something, but that's a medal you don't actually want. it's not really an award i would say

I'm pretty sure you have to get the kill requirement last, so go kill 4 people, let yourself die 20 times then when you kill someone else you *should* get it. Thats sort of how I got mine anyway. A good map to get it would be sharqi on the US team, just keep respawning wherever the MEC chopper is base raping (usually tv station on our server) and you'll soon rack up 20 deaths. Getting the kills should be the easy part.

Well i finnally got my basic transport badge after looking around and finding out apc doesnt qualify as a transport vehicle. So thanks anyways

A question on the purple heart. I know it just means you suck... Realllly bad but i would s till like to get it just to have it you know? My question is do you have to die 20 times by enemy hand or can you just jump off of buildings and kill your self or something. That could be why i didnt get it... Because i kept jumping from high places and killing myself until i died 20 times and then would go and get my 5 kills.

As for knife and pistol. Very elusive badges working hard on getting those now. Thanks for the help guys let me know what you guys think on the purple heart deal.
