If you know how to protect your pc, then you can't/won't be tracked.

just STFU
once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot  xxx galore'. While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.

Using one simple program disguising your IP as well as your ISP from the RIAA fags.

Sure does.  If the media was any good it would be worth buying.

But it's not, and the 200gb of data on my third hard drive agrees with me.

For the record, the 200gb consists of 285 Linux ISO's.

Warez + RS account = Win.

Try to read the comments after man, just to know that all links work.
Or get IDM, try all of them individually and if they all work - Start Dling.

PG2?  It's been said, by the devs of it even, that it's mainly for filtering out bad seeders, more so than blocking you from the RIAA and/or MPAA.  If you're downloading something, it won't block you enough so that the RIAFAGS won't know who you are.

Well, it comes down to what the concept of theft really is. Traditionally, theft has always been taking something from someone else without permission. If I went to the store and stole a copy of the game, that'd be theft, 'cause the store lost a $50 CD/DVD. If I had every intention of buying the game, but found piracy to simply be the easier or cheaper choice, it'd be theft, 'cause the developers and distributors would have lost out on their profits.

What is it, though, if you lacked either motivation or money to buy a game, and instead chose to download it? The developer lost nothing, the distributor lost nothing, no stores lost anything. In fact, there was nothing lost anywhere. At all. The downloader got a game at no loss to anyone else, and the developer likely got another person playing online, helping keep the game alive, and a new potential customer for sequels.

Should "theft" without any loss in any way really be a crime?

i hate having unnecessary programs/processes on my pc. thanks for the help though. torrents are just way too much work, when wares are simple and easy--as long as rs is working

See, its not a loss, its just an absense of profit.

Oh and i agree with you fully, its a lot different than stealing a dvd from a store. because the manufacturer had to spend money on the disk and the case and all that, but on a computer, when you can simple 'copy' and 'paste' and all of the sudden you have 2 of something, it is not robbing anyone of there effort, and its not all that bad.

Well, a lost sale is lost profit. Simply downloading a game that you have no intention of ever paying for is an absence of profit in the same way that every person who decides not to purchase your product creates an absence potential of profit.
