I'm doing a schedule for about 3 days a week training with different intensities of running etc so that's all well, about two days rest should do.GunSlinger OIF II wrote:
just dont do push ups every day. gotta give your muscles time to heal. You could run almost every day, just change it up a bit. Sprint one day. moderate distance/time next day. Go for a long run day after that.
