Each new MS/OS is more complicated than the last, and thus needs more time to sort out the bugs. As things stand now, XP is a more stable OS. The only reason to have Vista, in my opinion, is if you absolutely need DirectX 10 or if the OS came with your pre-built computer and you have no other option.
Link to stuff, please, Ryan?

You people don't even know why you hate Vista anymore.
Let me know how you disable it when running games.
And thanks for reminding me about TopDesk!

I have been running vista for almost a year now, and I have to say, I have grown quite fond of it. I have no problems with drivers or any bugs, the GUI is nice, and there are also those little things that you have to like about it like Flip 3d or random shortcuts like win+1 (opens first icon in quicklaunch).
The only real problem I can see with it is that you need more than 2GB of ram to be happy with it.

Exactly. Vista does so much more than you think - and I won't ever be taking a step back to XP! A Vista theme does not = vista.Unclean009 wrote:
