So the whole college garbage is starting at school, and in an effort to get to know us the college guidance counselors gave us a questionnaire (one of many as I infer by the title). This one question is really pissing me off:
"How would you describe your role in the community?"
Uhm, I don't have a role? I'm a student, and I'm not a particularly sociable individual. The friends I have aren't usually bawwwing at my shoulder asking for advice, if anything I ask them for advice. About the most important role I play is fixing people's computer problems, rick rolling people, creating lulz with my friends, and figuring out the 6 letter word in Text Twist.
Seriously, this pisses me off as much as those "What do you like about coffee/ice cream/hamburgers/sexes chat" questions when you apply for a job. Only this isn't even a job or college app, it's just for getting to know us (which will be better accomplished anyways when we actually meet with our counsellor).
