I don't think he's really fussed about infringing copyright. Maybe I'm wrong like usual, but at the end of the day nobody gets arrested for copyright infringement on the internet. Millions of people do it, though I'm not going to debate about whether it's right or not.dayarath wrote:
Copyright infringement. Can get up pretty high if you ask me. Now well, if you don't want to trust him on his word do so, but I don't really see marine as the 13 year old spreading lies.jord wrote:

Well, maybe not? You do know that on something like this there is a possible punishment involved to paste it on the internets for free? I don't want to anyway, and if you pay for something it's usually your privilege to be able to be granted the information, not spread it around for free.
My mate Tony is a MP and he knows lots of inside info and has a blod but I'm not going to link you because I dun wanna.
Allright, fair enough I guess.CameronPoe wrote:

Well you can get fines for doing so, you won't get arrested but even so (sometimes they can actually sue you for doing shit like this.)Jord wrote:

Oh come on... just because a few crazies are going to infiltrate the highest levels of government and bring ruin to civilization as we know it, that doesn't mean that we can bar Muslims from critical positions. You'd be unfair to the 8 out of 10 who are good guys when you were stopping the two nutjobs from blowing up the free world. Yes my friend, the rights of those 8 are more important than the rights of the rest of the world.
there... now I'm liberal. How'd I do? Wait, I forgot to throw in... I bet there are some loony Christians in there trying to infiltrate things so they can kill everyone too... yeah... that's it... they're doing it too...

I ain't paying over $1,000 to see this so-called story. Unfortunate. usmarine came so close to actually possibly making a decent argument but was felled at the final hurdle...

Dictation? You condescending little fuck. I read Janes everyday.
I have to say I am pleasently impressed and you have gained a little more respect in my view, for what it's worth.
Jord it's only like £3.76 when you convert it.jord wrote:

Because Liberals only care about the rights of muslims, and don't care about national security. Period. Liberals will sacrifice every single human life for Muslim Rights.Dersmikner wrote:

Can we stop this dumb ass extreme stereotyping now? This whole "Libs love terrorists, Cons want to murder every muslim" bullshit doesn't sway any debate, and invalidates anything useful the rest of the post, I mean seriously now...

Well I'm sorry but I just can't believe your little tale, especially when I ask myself the question 'why would an American magazine be publishing supposedly classified British government memos and reports, complete with concrete sources?'...usmarine wrote:

No, Jane's has subscriptions for specific areas. They range in cost, but it can get expensive.dayarath wrote:

Jane's is a London-based group Cam - but they provide critical analysis from around the world.

The point regarding access to this information holds nevertheless. A defence magazine would go out of business pretty sharpish if it frequently published confidential government defence information...KEN-JENNINGS wrote:

Even so when I google I don't see many complaints of Janes being an unreliable source for either intelligence etc, If it's so widespread, with subscription only areas even I'd say those areas would have to be pretty classy. Don't know, maybe will subscribe one day when I've got my own income but hell, they're london based anyway.

Not really. Ever heard of "Aviation Week"? It's referred to as "Aviation Leak" in the government.CameronPoe wrote:
