Not sure why my OP got censored. But here it goes again.
It is obvious blacks were not the only race held as slaves, yet they seem to be getting all of the attention for it. Why? Why is the black communities pain and suffering so much more great than mine. My ancestors suffered as well, yet no one is speaking out for reparations on my behalf. I will also bet that anyone reading this OP will think I am a nut for asking for it and a racist for even mentioning it. Is this another double standard of which I, as a white person, must contend with, or am I due just as much a piece of the reparations pie as any one else who makes claims against our history? My ancestors were apparently also held in bondage and I want my reparations for it..........So again I ask, where do I sign up.
