So I went to play battlefield 2 for a while, and then I checked my video card temperature and I noticed that it went up to 101 C. So how in the world is that possible. Is there a way to fix it? thanks
More likely just a crappy or blocked fan. Get a better one or play with your case open and an external one pointed on it like I did two summers ago when it was extremely hot outsidebf2gammer wrote:

hahaha. I had a radeon 9800 pro, went through 3 cards and the fan broke on all of them. For a while did exactly that. People laughed, but at least I was still able to playDe_Jappe wrote:

But your problem is:
a) Blocked or broken fan
b) Detached heatsink
c) Poor airflow in the case
It would be best to have it under 80 on full load.
