The bow and arrow has some advantages that the older rifles did not have, like rate of fire and it was better at disabling a target. An arrow stuck in a muscle will stop its function more than a bullet hole. Of course, they both hurt like hell. That doesn't make it technologically superior, but it may have been what he was thinking.Parker wrote:
