Im just wondering whats powering the 360 and PS3 graphics wise?

Must keep in mind, consoles take years to develop, so they are always years behind the current generation of technology.

I believe the Xbox360 is running on a card similar to the X1900XTX. I could be wrong, though.
Also keep in mind that games are optimized and coded specifically to run on that hardware, so it is much more effective than similar PC hardware.
