Not true, any Islamic leader that spoke out continuously and consistently about this issue would get air time. THe problem is there simply isn't any voice loud enough.
Here is an example:
When the cartoons were published, there was no shortage of coverage as to how the Islamic community felt about it.
When the Russian sschool kids got massacured, there was no protests or riots condemning it.
Bottomlne is when Muslims want to be heard they are heard loud and clear, it is when they have no comment they speak the loudest.
