How old are you?
32

At what age do you consider or would describe someone as "old"?
About 32. I find myself ranting about "kids today" which basically means I am no longer a young guy. I am a complaining old fart.

(Or another way of putting it) At what age does youthfulness stop?

Have you noticed an increase or decrease in mental ability as you have aged?
Decrease. Although that's down to the 'colourful' lifestyle I have been leading for the past 20 years. My work keeps me mentally on my toes. But I notice it, if have a few weeks off work. It takes a few days of gentle stretching to get my brain back to full working order. My memory is completely shot. I can't remember things I did the day before etc, but I have a system. Basically I have done allot of crazy shit to my mind and body over the years which has brought the memory lose on. I am not as quick either. I used to be able to convert from Imperial to metric areas in my head instantly. Now I gota do a sum on a piece of paper.

Have you noticed an increase or decrease in physical ability as you have aged?
Yeah, big time, lol. Were as I used to eat twice as much as I do today and was very active physically, working 12 hour days, kids etc leaves me little time to be active so I am not as fit as I used to be. I think you can remain fit as you get older. It just takes more effort.

Have you noticed any changes in appearance (wrinkles, hair loss, weight gain etc) as you have aged?
Yeah. About 8 years ago my hair started to recede at the front and I thought, shit here goes my hair. But it stopped after a year and has actually got thicker and wiry. I have grey hairs sprouting and have more body hair than when younger. It is true what they say. Old age is when you loose hair were you want it and gain it were you don't.

Has you opinion of older people changed as you have gotten older?
Not really. I always respected them as I know someday I will be one.

Do you want to stay the age you are now or do you enjoy the changes that come with age?
I think this is the best time of your life, your 30s. Although they say the 40s are the new 30s lol. In your 30s you are old enough so no one tells you what to do, yet you can still get away with chasing 18 year olds......................sweet.
