Laughing: I kid you not. Pick up some comedies, laugh your guts out. Some find it awkward to laugh, but it's for the greater good. I had these little "pre"-abs before even setting out in a workout room. It's been said that laughing burns calories, a little bit more help never hurt.
Food: I, in no way, have a body builder's diet. Pizza, steaks, eggs, nuked potatoes, sour gummy worms, cereal. No extra power things or substitutes. Water is my main beverage, soda on occasion. In between, I'll pick up something light, bread with jam, a candy piece, some chips.
Workout "plan": To work out my mini-abs (), I've been using my dad's workout room contraption. Looks can be deceiving, but it's yet to crunch me to death with its many metal parts. I've put a 5 lb weight on the hook, and use my legs to lift the weight. For me, it's the safest way.
If that's not for you, you can try sit ups. If it's the first time, see how many you can do without hurting yourself. Every workout after, add 10 more sit ups.
That's what works for me. Good luck.
