Also, the fan is a bitch to change out to something more quiet, and 4-pin, so I'm kinda interested in those big heatsinks where you attach 120mm fans to them.
I was looking at the Scythe Ninja, but the idiots used that amazingly stupid Intel stock fan fastening technique - I've already broken the stock heatsink attempting to use that correctly.
So my eyes have landed on a Thermalright Ultra-120, with a Noctua NF-S12-1200 pushing air in at the front, and another Noctua NF-S12-1200 working as a case exhaust fan (about 7cm away from the cooler).
Is that a good plan? Are there any better alternatives? I'd prefer the air to go front to back, as that is how my airflow is going atm, so no Gemini.
