I can't find that exact board, but have been looking between the Gigabyte DS3's and the ASUS P5K's, do you have any opinion on either? Depending on the model they range from about $100-$200.
HDD:
I don't think he needs 1TB hard disk, I believe he's using a 40 or 60GB one just fine atm. So I think I'd save $100 and get a 500GB one.

Edit: actually I payed half of the price of your, slower rams. 2GB only. So higher frequency and same cost. And mines have a micron D9 chip.
From what I understand (And I may be completely wrong), but DDR2 1066 ram is just overclocked 800, and is still about 50% more expensive.
