True, but when you consider the enthusiasm they've shown in past Olympics compared to the relatively low ratings our Olympics coverage gets when it's even held here, I'd say China cares more.

NBC's 19.0 rating/30 share in primetime was an improvement over Monday's 17.6/28 and once again destroyed the competition. CBS took second at 4.1/6. ABC's 2.9/5 was good for third, while FOX took fourth with a 2.2/4. The CW managed only a 0.6/1.

NBC still dominated the night, however, drawing a 16.5 rating/27 share. CBS led the rest of the field with a 3.9/6. ABC, 2.7/5, edged FOX, 2.4/4, for third. The CW managed only a 0.7/1.
