Without a PSU or any other minor piece of hardware it won't do much except look pretty from the outside. Why does this piece of software cost so muchPoseidon wrote:

If you really don't want to pay, Linux is a good option.
I got my Vista Home Premium for like $50 bucks. OEM version.
Because Microsoft has killed off all competitors and have the software industry in their back pocket, so they could charge what ever they wanted for their products and can get away with it.Mutantsteak wrote:

At any rate, I'm using Vista now, interface looks a lot nicer, but aside from that, I can't really tell the difference.

That's pretty cool, actually. Certainly not an original idea, but cool nonetheless.
I love Vista, even though I've had some problems with it. It's much better than XP, and that's after having XP-based computer from 2002 until 2007.
i only paid $50 for ultimate =]SgtHeihn wrote:
Well they want to buy me Vista, sure I will switch. But I have my copy of XP pro that I will keep on using, because wait a minute, I paid $300 fucking dollars for it and I am not paying that much to "upgrade".

QFT, hilarious how arrogant and bent-out-of-shape these people were before they tried Vista/Mojave. Almost like they were Mac users or something.Poseidon wrote:

They were just reciting what they heard. Points taken away for believing it, but that doesn't mean they're arrogant and bent out of shape.TopHat01 wrote:
