Yes, of course a VP candidate should bring something to the table. Biden does that. Palin does not. Biden's got many years of Washington experience. Palin does not. Biden has GREAT foreign policy experience. Palin does not (as far as I know).
I don't even think Palin's going to bring many voters to McCain's side.
