Their support isn't just lacking, it literally sucks. I once had the "black screen issue" and so I made a topic on their tech support forums. I got couple replies from other Asus customers but not by their tech support. Well the topic got DELETED 2 days later.

oh yeah. I'm still waiting for my hdd from WD.
So far 3 weeks and no hdd. I should of done the credit card thing instead of the standard RMA process.

I found that screaming my head off at the incompetent monkeys who didn't test the computer before sending it to me was highly effective. They even threw in a free mobo. If I had not screamed and told them that they were drunken, dipshit monkeys, I wouldn't have gotten such a fast reply.
