Zimmer and I were talking on Steam about customer support...so which company has given you the best support so far?

For me, it's Apple, GameStop and EVGA.

Apple helped me with a problem with my iPhone, and I got a CLEAR ENGLISH CALIFORNIAN speaking to me, unlike Dell where I'd get an Indian with an American name to try and mask the fact that he's Indian. He helped me out with my problem in a clear cut manner and was very precise.

GameStop helped me when an order went awry. I got an English speaking person as well who helped with my problem with precise answers, and fixed my order quickly.

EVGA...well, I don't need to say anything about them. Most people know. I had to RMA my first 8800 GTX and they got it back to me quite quickly.

Bell's tech support sucks ass. I was more knowledgeable than the foreign idiots that answered EVERY time I phoned about our internet.

Rogers = I got an English speaking Canadian that actually fixed my internet problem. We needed a new router so he said go to your nearest Rogers store and exchange the one you have now for a new one. No questions asked.

Rogers - yeah, you get someone who speaks english but their ONLY answer for ANY problem is go to the store and get a new one... even if its a long weekend and the stores are closed.

Most customer support is really good. I think most businesses these days realize it's better to save customers and make them keep coming back rather than sell them a product and have them get really made trying to get it fixed so they can make a few bucks...

I Emailed them about something loose inside my board(and it rattled loudly), and whether it'd be worth it to take the thing apart, in response they just sent me a brand new one, it arrives next week

United Airlines for me. Every time I've had to retroactively claim miles from itineraries that weren't booked into my Mileage Plus account, all they've needed is my name, and they've posted all unclaimed mileage on all Star Alliance carriers into my account within two minutes of calling them up. Never experienced anything as smooth and courteous when it comes to customer support.

Newegg, without a doubt. They have made sure that things got to me quickly (most of my items arrive 2-3 days before they are suppose to)., and they helped when I needed to RMA RAM.
