Zimmer and I were talking on Steam about customer support...so which company has given you the best support so far?
For me, it's Apple, GameStop and EVGA.
Apple helped me with a problem with my iPhone, and I got a CLEAR ENGLISH CALIFORNIAN speaking to me, unlike Dell where I'd get an Indian with an American name to try and mask the fact that he's Indian. He helped me out with my problem in a clear cut manner and was very precise.
GameStop helped me when an order went awry. I got an English speaking person as well who helped with my problem with precise answers, and fixed my order quickly.
EVGA...well, I don't need to say anything about them. Most people know. I had to RMA my first 8800 GTX and they got it back to me quite quickly.
