www.justfuckinggoogleit.com - answer for #1 (or yes, they are other parties).

There would need to be a lot of write-in votes for that particular person, in which case they probably would be popular enough to differentiate from the other similar-named.

Write ins, I think they have to be a member of a party (not sure). That party puts forward an official candidate.

The list includes independent candidate Ralph Nader, Libertarian candidate Bob Barr as well as candidates from the Green Party, the Prohibition Party, the Socialist Party, the Socialist Workers Party and even a party called the Boston Tea Party.

I've already voted using my states superior system.

I win.

Vote Obama because our Supreme Court should never be tilted too far in either direction.

The objectivist party will not get my vote. Why? Because they quoted Les Miserables on the homepage of their site.

Yeah, but it was good as a reference for BioSchock. The evil objectivist overtones gave the game atmosphere. It was an objectivistic apocalyptic nightmare - in which the heroic became monsters and the fountain-head of it's creation didn't even challenge his own-death. His ideals and sense of freedom were a farce; a hollow shell of a human being worthy of death by the hand of a unwitting Manchurian-candidate slave. Anyways... Now "would you kindly" go vote for the corporate party. McCain or Obama! Ooh the differences are overwhelming and freedom is at stake - this is the most important election in the history of our great democracy. Now "would you kindly" go vote for one of those two. Because it goes without saying: that you are a free man and not a slave of the system.

Impeccable logic if you're a senile 80+ year old person. I mean seriously I wonder how many Florida seniors will just choose - choice #1.
Probably just about as many blacks who will vote for #2. See Howard Stern, Sal and Harlem.

From a global perspective I would prefer Obama is elected - especially on climate change, nuclear proliferation, diplomacy etc. These aspects of his policy I like over McCain's.

President: Obama, because he would maintain the court's balance, and seems more prudent in decision making.

FL-12 Representative: Tudor - he's new and out of the navy, so he won't be a complete failure in terms of partisanship out of the start. Putnam also seems too partisan, and unethical/immoral (they may appear to be bad reasons, but I can usually judge candidates accurately in this manner).
