I think the Engineer sucks against the medic! The cause aren't the weapons: They are just different and for another purpose (not distance!). The Problem is the medic fight and distribute medic-kits and get there for a lot of points, because the kits heal completely at a moment. But the engineer have to be a long time at a tank to repair it. Of course it wouldn't make sense if a kit could repair a tank at once, but why can the medic heal people at once?
In reality he have also to work on the injured person, not only gives him some pills...
So my conclusion is: The medicpacks aren't fair! Perhaps they would be, if they heal slowly like in bf1942, but this way...?
