15/16 is fine. I started with family miles younger, and got used to it fine. If you make shit into a big deal you just make it worse.

Imagine the multimillion dollar lawsuits from victims of drunk drivers who were drunk but the caffeine made them feel safe to drive?

well over here its 18, but people start drinking early, you hear of kids drinking at like 13 and stuff, but in the US its 21 so people start at like 17
but there another argument, if people start drinking legally at a yougner age with family and stuff, they wont be tempted to binge drink because its just.. normal
also- i LOL at the australian government for putting high taxes on pre mixed drinks. now sales of straight bottles have skyrocketed, and violence has increased in the streets
